All bookings for the 2026 WM Phoenix Open are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of reason for cancellation.

Rate Estimates

The total expense for service is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final billing will vary should actual usage not correspond with estimated usage and can not be accurately determined until each trip is complete. Additional charges such as extra stops, wait time, tolls, parking fees, extended and/or extending duration of your charter that can not be calculated prior to service may show on your invoice where applicable.

Grace Period

All Point-to-Point & Airport Departure trips are given a 15 minute grace period after reservation start time, after which you will be billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested.

Cancellations and Changes

To change or cancel a reservation please call (623) 850-4646. Cancellations and changes must be received in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Advance notice varies by service type and/or vehicle type are as follows:

Point-to-Point Transfers / Airport Arrivals/Departures

  • Sedans/SUVs: A 0% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 6 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Vans/Sprinters & Limousines: A 0% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 24 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Mini & Motor Coaches: A 0% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 48 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.

Special Events / Concerts / Sporting Events / Holidays

  • Sedans/SUVs: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 24 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Vans/Sprinters & Limousines: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 48 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Mini & Motor Coaches: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 72 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.

Hourly/As Directed (Charters)

  • Sedans/SUVs: A 0% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 6 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable
  • Vans/Sprinters & Limousines: A 0% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 24 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.
  • Mini & Motor Coaches: A 0% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled 48 hours or more before the reservation scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation scheduled pickup time are 100% Non-Refundable.

Cancellations and changes made within the vehicles respective cancellation window will be billed for the total estimated usage at the time of booking.

Hourly/As Directed Charters – Time Extended Beyond Booked Duration

In the event that a charter goes beyond the original booked duration, the additional time will be billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested in 15 minute increments.

Stops

Each stop between the pickup and drop off location will be billed $15.00 and include up to 15 minutes of wait time. All wait time after the grace period will be billed $1.50 / minute.

Airport Arrivals Wait-Time Charges

For Incoming/Arrival flights, the following included grace periods apply:
Domestic Flights: 30 minutes after gate arrival.
International Flights: 60 minutes after gate arrival.

After the grace period ends you will be billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested.

Point-to-Point / Airport Departures Wait-Time Charges

All Point-to-Point & Airport Departure trips are given a 15 minute grace period after reservation start time, after which you will be billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate of the vehicle requested.

Finding Your Chauffeur

In the event you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the telephone number listed above. Leaving your pick-up location without notifying Our Private Driver at (623) 850-4646 may result in a “no-show” charge of the estimated usage for each vehicle.

Cleaning Fees

A minimum of $500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for cleaning caused due to Smoking, Hazardous Materials, Body Fluids, Excessive Animal Hair or other occurrences of excessive uncleanliness where cleaning is required.

Damages

Any damages caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during usages of services will be assessed and repair fees may be applied.

Retrieval of lost items

In the event of personal belongings being left behind in our vehicle, Our Private Driver and its affiliates reserves the right to pass on the fees to send such items to the identified owner(s) or require owner(s)’ shipping account numbers to be used.

Liability

Client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions may delay travel. There may be unexpected vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of company, for which company shall not be liable to client. There shall be no recourse/compensation for any of the same. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent &/or client refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, refund shall be limited to the amount paid by client. In case of an emergency, the company may sub contract his rental to another limousine service. The company is not responsible to fulfill itineraries developed by the client, which indicate a time that the client expects to arrive at certain locations after the initial pick up time.
